The “Pinwheels & Posies” quilt has long been a favorite of mine. I first published it in the Farmhouse Quilts book “All the Stars Above” in 1999. When that book went out of print I included it in my “25th Anniversary Celebration” book in 2004. Now, after all these years, and after all those quilt designs since then, this still remains one of my favorites. So I’m very happy to include the “Pinwheels & Posies” in my Classics Collections from Liberty Homestead.
The kit includes Liberty Homestead’s hand dyed cotton in Straw for the background. Also in the kit is fabric for the narrow red border, a wonderful collection of prints and colors for the pinwheels, and an assortment of wool for the flowers. Plus coordinating colors of DMC embroidery floss. Does not include backing.
