This quilt has had three lives. I first designed it as a Christmas quilt in my book “Father Christmas” in 1994. Its second life was a version done in scrappy flannels in two of the “Wool & Flannel” books, also in the 90’s. This third life was a part of the 25th Anniversary Celebration book in 2004. I feel this two color version is the most classic representation of two traditional quilt blocks, the 8-Pointed Star and the Courthouse Steps.
The kit includes Liberty Homestead’s hand dyed cotton in Straw and Barn Red as shown. Does not include backing.
